Join Sports Dietitian Dina Griffin for this in person workshop at PR Labs in Boulder, CO, where you’ll learn key strategies for fueling before and during your workouts and training to help with your energy, performance, and recovery. This is for you if you’re doing early morning workouts, lifting sessions, or longer endurance work such as marathon training, ultra running, cycling, or triathlon training.
